About the Hamline Midway History Corps

HELP US MAKE HISTORY!

Our Mission is quite simple:

Collect and share neighborhood history and
advocate for local architectural preservation and restoration.

The Hamline Midway History Corps is the creation of two neighborhood residents, Kristi Mather and Phil Reinhardt. Both currently are Fellows in the Leadership in Support of Neighborhood (LISN) program, a collaboration of the
Hamline Midway Coalition and Hamline University.

In the fall of 2005, both Reinhardt and Mather discovered others in the neighborhood share their interest in local history. The Hamline Midway History Corps is modeled after a number of similar groups in neighborhoods around the Twin Cities of Minnesota. (Watch our growing list of "Friends" at our Home Page.)
